Let’s unwrap this.. She hasn’t committed a crime, but she needs to come back so we can then say she has committed a crime and then lock her up for 18-24 months before a trial date is set, then give her 6-10 years and then move her to a mainland prison and arbitrarily decide when (if) we ever let her out.
