A Worldwide leading US firm is seeking for the below openings for their HK/Shanghai offices :

1)Private equity (PE) associate (Based in HK)
The candidate shall be an English-Mandarin-capable, Hong Kong qualified midlevel associate with a solid academic and legal practice background in corporate finance, preferably having worked with a Magic or Silver circle firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a midlevel lawyer who wants to diversify from a capital markets practice and specialize in private equity investments by public companies.
2)Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) (Based in HK)
The candidate shall be an English-Mandarin-capable one with a HK corporate finance background. The firm does not require someone with a lot of seniority so a HK IPO midlevel lawyer who wants to break from practice would be suitable.
For the PSL role, apart from any existing candidates, the firm welcomes any potential candidates who matched with their requirements and would like to transit from associate to PSL role.
3)Global Finance (Based in HK)
Mid to senior level associate opening for our Global Finance group in Asia. The ideal candidate should be Hong Kong or UK qualified, with at least four years relevant experience in banking and finance. A strong academic background and training at a leading UK or Hong Kong firm is advantageous. Apart from a high level of fluency in written and spoken English, good command of written Chinese is required and Mandarin skills are essential.
4)Hong Kong Capital Markets (Based in HK)
Multiple openings beginning at NQ through senior associate levels in our China Corporate Finance practice. The candidates should be Hong Kong qualified, particularly at the more senior levels, with strong Hong Kong IPO experience gained in China-related deals. Knowledge of the Hong Kong listing rules and compliance regulations is essential. A broader understanding of the Hong Kong capital markets business landscape is advantageous. Strong drafting skills at all levels and proven transaction management experience is required at the midlevel to senior levels. Candidates must be highly motivated and enjoy working as an active participant on teams and must have a high level of fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
5)U.S. Corporate and Capital Markets (Based in HK)
U.S. securities associate to join their U.S. Corporate and Capital Markets group in Asia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years relevant experience, including U.S. SEC-registered IPOs and Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings. He or she shall be U.S. qualified with a J.D. from a top-tier university, having trained and currently working at a leading U.S. securities law firm and have excellent technical skills. The candidate must have a high level of fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
6) PRC Consultants (Based in Shanghai)
PRC qualified associates with 2 or lesser years of PQE experience. Candidates with pure PRC education background, general corporate experience and are keen to make a move are most welcome to apply.
