The Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association, Luzerne County Bar Association, recently presented a portrait, which will hang on the wall of the Courthouse Law Library’s Presidents’ Room in perpetuity.
The portrait honors the first female president judge of the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas, President Judge Stefanie J. Salavantis.
