Apparently this has been happening for the last 4 months and Westlaw are unable to fix the issue..

I was just wondering whether any of your users are seeing error messages when they try to login to WestLaw? I’d also be interested to know if any of your users are being blocked from paid for content with the message “Out of plan”? We are seeing a lot of instances of items to which we have access being shown as “Out of Plan” for no good reason, and WestLaw been trying to fix this for 4 months now (with no resolution yet in sight!)
