Westlaw Alerts – Trouble at T’ut Mill? 2 Months To Fix An Issue

Looks like Westlaw Alerts haven’t been the paragon of efficiency recently..

Dear All

 

We have been having problems with Westlaw alerts since the service was restored following the platform crash around 13th September.

Any alerts we have set to catch new issues of a particular journal, where we have specified the name of the journal in the search for the alert, are simply returning an alert filled with every single journal loaded on the platform that day.

Westlaw seem unable to fix this despite the fact that 2 months have now gone by.

Is it just us?

I’d really like to hear from you if you are also affected.
