Jennifer is a technologist focused on strategy, customer experience, product, and process improvement in the legal tech industry. She has worked in software and technology for over a decade, holds an M.A. in Strategic Communication, and is a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS). She currently leads Solutions Engineering at Zapproved, where she ensures product feature functionality and technical capabilities are designed and implemented in ways that solve real world problems. Jennifer is a speaker and content contributor on a variety of technology, data preservation and ediscovery issues, and is the Chair of the PREX Conference.

Michael has more than 10 years of experience partnering with a diverse range of corporate legal teams to design, implement, and evolve their discovery management programs. His people-first approach has delivered technology-enabled discovery and legal hold management programs that drive consistency, boost automation, and improve cost management.

Since joining Morae in 2019, Michael partners with large corporate legal departments to transform outdated and in-house legal hold management processes to modern, cloud-based solutions. Michael was formerly an Associate at Huron Legal and Consilio.

Barbara is a Senior Litigation Paralegal and leads legal hold operations at Kaiser Permanente. She has over 15 years of legal experience working in litigation, class actions, governmental investigations and eDiscovery. Barbara is passionate about equity, inclusion, and diversity (EID) matters. She is a Co-Lead of the Kulture and People group of the Legal Department’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee. The group organizes various opportunities for legal department members to celebrate diversity and learn from each other. To Thrive outside of work, Barbara enjoys running half marathons and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
