| China has proposed amending its Civil Procedure Law, in such areas as forum non conveniens, conflicts of jurisdiction, service of process abroad, enforcement of foreign judgments, and other foreign-related procedures. These changes could significantly affect China’s practices regarding anti-suit injunctions. |
