China has proposed amending its Civil Procedure Law, in such areas as forum non conveniens, conflicts of jurisdiction, service of process abroad, enforcement of foreign judgments, and other foreign-related procedures. These changes could significantly affect China’s practices regarding anti-suit injunctions.

Join us on Tuesday at 2:00 PM Pacific Time, when BCLT convenes a roundtable discussion on the proposed amendments to the Civil Procedure Law. The program will be moderated by Mark Cohen. Prof. Vivienne Bath of the University of Sydney will be joining the discussion, among others.
