September 1, 2016 3:21 AM EDT – A Charles County, Md., law secretary reacted swiftly when a pregnant woman went into labor outside Olmsted & Olmsted Law Firm on Aug. 30, delivering the baby and unwrapping the umbilical cord from her neck.
