Following on from the successful redundancy seminar held at the BMA in February this seminar will outline the need to prepare persuasive business cases to help support and maintain a strong information service within an organisation.

Sarah Fahy, Head of Global Library services at Allen & Overy, will be talking about making a business case, giving a practical run-through of the many management issues behind decision making common to a lot of organisations. Sandra Ward, Senior Associate Consultant, TFPL, will also be talking from a consultant’s perspective.
