Rutgers Law School is seeking a reference librarian for its Camden
location. This is a 12-month, tenure-track librarian appointment at the
rank of Librarian III. A J.D. degree from an A.B.A.-accredited law
school and a M.L.S. or equivalent from an A.L.A.-accredited library
school are required. The position will involve providing reference services to
the faculty and students of the law school, as well as other members of
the University community and the public. It will also involve classroom
teaching of legal research skills, including participation in teaching
Advanced Legal Research. A record of publication, service, and
excellent librarianship will be required for tenure.
