Working under the Chief Knowledge Officer, our Legal Research Analyst / Legal Reference Librarian:

• Conducts in-depth legal research – reformatting and packaging research results into organized reports
• Utilizes print and on-line resources, including Westlaw, BNA, PACER, RIA, and other types of web-based services, including corporate and securities research tools
• Manages and prioritizes multiple time sensitive and diverse projects
• Maintains and circulates docket tracks & notifications
• Manages and processes electronic alerts & notifications
• Coordinates document retrieval requests
• Maintains physical & digital library subscriptions
• Serials check-in and routing
• Manages circulation of materials, including check-in, check-out and inter-library loans

The Analyst will work closely with Attorneys and staff across the Firm and is expected to be a team player while being self motivated and able to take initative. There is an opportunity to get involved with data curation projects, SharePoint development and much more.

• MLS or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year or more experience working in a library, preferably a law library or related job experience
