Here’s the lowdown…..Former Acting U.S. Solicitor General Neal Katyal will discuss “The President and the Courts in National Security Cases” at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the University of Toledo College of Law.
Mr. Katyal, the Paul Sanders Professor of Security Law at Georgetown University, will talk about the constitutional and other legal issues raised by recent executive orders and immigration issues. His appearance is free and open to the public.
