This lecture (in Mandarin Chinese) by Frank Hong was delivered at Peking University School of Law on May 2nd 2021. The first 49 minutes introduced basic concepts for the audience who were mostly LL.M. students. For those who have basic knowledge of the Chinese law on Foreign Direct Investment and IMF concepts, the first section can be skipped.
