ANN ARBOR, MI — The University of Michigan may spend dozens of millions of dollars to improve its legal library spaces in Ann Arbor.
The UM Board of Regents will vote Thursday, July 16, to approve a project to expand and renovate its William W. Cook Legal Research Library and Allan and Alene Smith underground library, according to an action item.
The project would renovate about 77,000 gross square feet of existing library space and add approximately 3,500 gross square feet to advance the research and learning environment.
