A Ukrainian lawyer given temporary protection in Ireland after the Russian invasion of his country is wanted in the US on conspiracy charges related to major “ransomware” attacks.
Cork-based Oleksi Oleksiyovych Lytvynenko (42) is alleged to have been involved in the deployment of malicious software against a government agency and two businesses in Tennessee.
