This year’s conference will once again bring together leading experts, practitioners, and policymakers to discuss critical issues shaping the environmental law field.
We are delighted to announce that we have not one, but two keynote speakers, whose collective impact on environmental law is hugely significant. We are joined by Tessa Khan, international climate change lawyer and campaigner, and Estelle Dehon KC, leading public law barrister at the forefront of climate litigation in the UK, and UKELA trustee. Estelle has been shortlisted for Barrister of the Year at The Lawyer Awards 2025!
Catching up with fellow delegates and making new contacts is a key aspect of Conference. Our pre-conference social returns on the Thursday with the NextGen event. This is a fantastic evening for those in the early stages of their career to meet with those who are established – all are welcome. The drinks reception and dinner on the Friday evening will be held in the stunning Wills Memorial Hall Reception Room, and Great Hall at the University of Bristol.
The uniqueness of UKELA’s conferences is the collective mix of environmental experts, practitioners, and policymakers coming together in one space. Please join us!
