Charlotte is an environmental lawyer at Addleshaw Goddard, based in their Manchester office, and advises on all aspects of environmental compliance, risks and liabilities as well as representing clients being investigated, or subject to formal enforcement action, by the environmental regulators.  She is also co-convener for UKELA’s North West group, alongside Helen Mitcheson. In her spare time, she is currently doing up her first house (affectionately known as ‘the building site’) and enjoying spending time with her dogs.

OUR FIRST PODCAST IS ON CETACEANS AND IS WRITTEN AND PRESENTED BY HELEN MITCHESON

Helen is an environmental lawyer and a member of the Planning and Environment Team at Trowers & Hamlins LLP and one of UKELA’s regional co-ordinators.  Prior to qualifying as a solicitor Helen worked as a marine mammal scientist, both in the UK and abroad and has an MRes in Marine Mammal Science from the University of St Andrews.  If you would like to know more about cetaceans and the law which protects them, please get in touch with Helen
