UK: Sackers is looking to recruit a Library Officer to support the Know-how group

After four and a half very happy years at Sackers, the time has come to retire from paid employment and my final day will be the 30 October.  So there is now a vacancy at Sackers.

Sackers is looking to recruit a Library Officer to support the Know-how group in ensuring that lawyers are properly equipped with information and knowledge. The role is part time, working two days per week.

Key duties and responsibilities include organising and maintaining the firm’s library, ensuring that our library management system is kept up to date and liaising with suppliers regarding subscriptions and renewals.
The candidate must have experience of using of library management systems, online search skills and excellent organisational skills.
If you are interested in applying for this position, please contact Sarah Pearman at sarah.pearman@sackers.comfor both the full job description and to send your CV to, indicating the role in which you are interested. The closing date for applications is Friday 27 September 2019.

I’m very sad to be going and will miss the buzz of working with great colleagues at Sackers, and having all of you wonderful colleagues on LIS-law as my support in times of information need.

On a lighter note – if you would like to join me at a pub ‘do’ in London, on Friday 1 November in the early evening, do message me off-list and I’ll keep you posted regarding the location and time.

With best regards to you all

Anne (Storey, previously West!)
