We are currently recruiting an Assistant Librarian. The Assistant Librarian assists with the management and maintenance of the library’s collections; delivers a first-class professional service to members; works on the Enquiry Desk on a rota basis; and delivers legal information research skills training sessions (online and in-person). We are seeking a candidate who will be interested in managing the Library’s collection of US law (print and electronic) at a near date in the future; training will be provided. The candidate will occasionally assist the Librarian with the rare books and manuscript collection, on an ad-hoc and secondary basis. The Assistant Librarian reports to the Librarian, collaborates closely with library colleagues, including those of the other Inns, and works with other Inn staff members.
