A leading international law firm has a new vacancy to work within its Knowledge and Information Centre.
Working within a friendly team of Information Professionals, you will be required to provide an in-depth business and legal research / enquiry service to fee earners. Other responsibilities include:
· Competitor analysis
· Providing company profiles for pitches
· Working on current awareness bulletins
· Delivering training sessions for fee earners on research resources
· Raising the profile of the service through collaboration with colleagues across the firm
· Assessing existing information resources and procuring new products
· Ad hoc projects
Successful candidates for this role will have an Information/Library qualification with experience of providing a wide range of research and analysis to clients within a law firm or professional services environment. You should also have extensive knowledge of online databases including Lexis Nexis, Westlaw, Perfect Information, Mint/Orbis etc.
