A Government Department Library – Solicitor’s Office at HMRC – are looking to recruit a Library Assistant. Initially a 6-month contract with the potential to be extended.
The role will suit a Library school graduate who would like to gain experience working in a Legal Library.
The successful candidate will work within a small team of four in a London location. It is an excellent chance to support the on-going development of the Main Library and to get involved in the implementation of a new module of the Library Management System. They will also be required to provide backup for another Library assistant dealing with Journal and Loose leaf management, current awareness alerts, organising training and ad-hoc administration tasks.
