Interim role! Global law firm requires a Knowledge Operations Specialist to provide support to the Knowledge Systems Team and for their firm-wide systems. There will be opportunities to assist the Project Team with delivering new products by providing technical administrative support.
Main responsibilities include:
- Act as a key point of contact for queries relating to Knowledge and Information Systems
- Co-ordinate/resolve queries from the across the business in relation to Knowledge Systems – managing the backlog of tickets
- Raise service tickets for queries and follow up in a timely manner on resolution
- Provide system administrative support by supporting the Product Owners of those systems
- Daily health check/monitoring of systems
- Provide administrative support for the Project Team on the delivery of new systems
To be considered for this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience of working in a professional services firm an advantage or information services provider
- Experience in a systems support/administrative role
- Knowledge of iManage, intranet and other systems is highly desirable
- Some knowledge of taxonomies and search is highly desirable
- High level of aptitude in MS Office – Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience working with IT workflow systems
- Ability to show initiative, gather information, make decisions and seek guidance, as necessary
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key knowledge and technical stakeholders
