The role:

Working in our awesome and energetic Account Manager Team, the aim of the role is to grow revenue from a range of existing clients. You will be nurturing and growing existing accounts by building strong relationships with our clients.

You will be winning and implementing new business by promoting our products and services and resolving day-to-day operational and customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactive selling and negotiation of contracts for existing customers.

Retaining and growing existing customer base and identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities.

Achieving and exceeding targeted revenue for LN products.

Identifying key account issues and understanding client needs.

Showing potential clients, the value of LN products.

Building strong relationships with key stake-holders and influencers at each client.

Collaborating with the team to develop marketing programmes.

Increase product awareness, purchasing and retention of our services.

Specialist Knowledge / Skills Required:

Experience of working within a business to business environment

Experience of winning, retaining and growing new customers.

Experience of a telesales environment.

Ability to build lasting and trusting partnerships with customers.

Strong customer services and sales support background.
