Trump Lawyer Reinstated in Florida After Pleading Guilty in Election Plot

In a 6-1 Thursday ruling, The Florida Supreme Court found Kenneth Chesebro was “exonerated” for his role in a plot to overturn the results of the 2020 Presidential Election and can start practicing law in the Sunshine State again immediately.

The Florida Supreme Court rejected a referee’s recommendation to suspend a former Trump attorney who pleaded guilty to participating in a plot to overturn the 2020 Presidential election, instead allowing him to return to the practice of law in the Sunshine State immediately.
