The Trump Organization said it would fire a legal adviser to the company in light of his representation of Harvard University in its clash with the administration.
The statement came shortly after President Trump lashed out at the lawyer, William Burck, co-managing partner of litigation powerhouse Quinn Emanuel, on social media. The president, without mentioning Burck by name, criticized the attorney for working on Harvard’s lawsuit challenging the administration’s move to freeze billions of dollars in federal funding.
