Travis Scott is facing possible legal action for allegedly tossing a fan’s phone while he was filming his guest DJ set at a New York City nightclub earlier this week.
TMZ obtained footage of the phone-throwing incident, which took place at Club Nebula on Tuesday night (February 28).
The video shows La Flame behind the DJ booth getting upset that the phone was in his face and then reaching out to snatch the device and seemingly throwing it away. The victim claims the phone hit him in the head, cracking his screen.
The victim also says Nebula offered his table a free bottle, but he refused. The man is apparently lawyered up and”plans to file both a police report and civil lawsuit.”
