For those wanting to boost follower numbers, the second installment of our Twitter Guidelines had some good tips. It can be found here: http://us-blog.incisivemedia.com/2009/03/twitter_guidelines_2_1.html
Further installments in the Twitter Guidelines series will be forthcoming, including some thoughts on Brand Guidelines from our marketing department.
Most importantly, with these growing numbers of followers, we all need to ask ourselves what we want to do with this tool in terms of building relationships and disseminating information? How do we take best advantage of it, and ensure that the time we spend builds value for the company and for ourselves?
