Hearing in Defense for Children International – Palestine v. Biden (in person & online)
Time: 9:00 a.m. (PST) / 12 p.m. (EST) / 7 p.m. (Palestine)
At the hearing, the court will hear live testimony by plaintiffs and experts, and will hear arguments by Center for Constitutional Rights attorneys. It will take place in person at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, 1301 Clay Street, Oakland, CA.
