The Global Litigation 50
The Global Litigation 50 ranks the largest 50 firms in the world by the litigation and arbitration revenue they generate. We look at financial metrics such as total revenue, revenue per litigation partner and revenue per litigation lawyer and litigation revenue per jurisdiction as well as headcount trends across the time period for which we have data.
This year’s report focuses on trends in international arbitration. In particular it looks at issues raised by Brexit, assesses the current debate around the reform of arbitration and analyses the growth of arbitration as a mechanism for resolving disputes in the key centres around the world.
The report tracks headcount trends in particular and has been tracking this data in key disputes centres (London, New York, Washington, Singapore, Hong Kong, Paris and Geneva) for several years. It is consequently the only guide in the world that has comparative data in this respect.
