The Internet Archive suffered a major loss in court earlier in March regarding the lawsuit brought forth by multiple book publishers in response to the Internet Archive’s digital library consisting of tens-of-thousands of their copyrighted works. The nonprofit asserted a fair use case with respect to their endeavors, but the court ultimately shut the argument down on a number of fronts.
