Welcome to the Knoco 2017 global survey of KM application – open through April. The survey will provide a comprehensive overview of how KM is applied in organisations world-wide.It is based almost entirely on a similar survey 3 years ago, in order to identify any trends and changes over the last 3 years. Once you reach the end of this survey, we will provide you with a link to a free copy of the 2014 survey report, and a free copy of the 2017 survey report will be sent to all respondents who complete the survey.
The survey contains a core set of 50 questions plus 17 optional questions, and will take between 30 and 60 minutes. We appreciate this is a long time, but this survey aims to be comprehensive, so we thank you in advance for your perseverance.
*We ask you to answer on behalf of an organisation involved in some way with Knowledge Management. If you are an academic or consultant, please answer on behalf of a client or study organisation you know well. If you don’t know any organisation well enough to giver detailed answers, then please don’t take the survey.
* If there are multiple KM implementations in the organisation, please answer on behalf of the one you know the best.
* Within this survey, we impose no definition of Knowledge Management. Please answer based on the usage of the term within your own organisation.
