The Firm is currently looking to employ a Marketing Professional to join our management team.
– The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining and implementing the Firm’s online marketing strategy with a focus to positively impact on the brand and growth of the Firm.
– You will also be responsible for driving business development activities, including client relationships, marketing and communications initiatives to support the Firm’s strategic business plans.
This position will encompass a broad range of activities and functions and will be “hands on”. A range of the activities include, but not limited to: managing social media contributions and monitoring comments, website maintenance, newsletters, brand promotion, and working with the Firm’s management team to maintain loyalty and business development strategies via online marketing.
In this role you will:
– manage/conduct email campaigns – end-to-end – ( use of Mailchimp or the like a must)
– content management at website – edit content
– website management – updates / SEO – Google analytics – (WordPress experience a must)
– advertising campaigns – making use of landing pages, Adwords, social media, print
– CRM management (Salesforce or the like – a must)
– monthly reporting meeting with Partners – xlsx / charts
– social media management & promotions:
– Linked In
– Facebook
– Twitter
– manage image library (Photoshop / InDesign a huge advantage)
– liaise with relevant third-party suppliers
– manage some outsourced marketing activities
– run monthly marketing meetings
– meet with, and manage maintenance of marketing plans for, 12 lawyers and report to Partners
– newsletter process management. Liaise with solicitors and organise dispatch via email and posting on website and LinkedIn
Interest in the legal profession and how it can serve clients to enhance their lives – be proactive in thinking and not reactive – encourage that thinking within the firm.
To be considered for this position, it is essential that you have:
– proven experience working with senior professionals/ management to advise, guide and influence the business in all facets of social media, marketing and business development within a Law Firm or Professional Services Firm;
– experience with website management including CMS systems and use of Google Analytics and/or other web analytics tools;
– experience using a social media dashboard to manage multiple social media platforms, monitor comments and schedule posts etc;
– proven experience planning and implementing social media campaigns and building online communities using Google Adwords;
– qualifications in marketing;
– a strong work ethic;
– impeccable interpersonal and communications skills;
– strong proof reading, grammar and copywriting skills;
– exemplary computer skills to be able to demonstrate and lead to invoke positive outcomes and in particular a high technical degree of knowledge in regards to social media platforms
– are able to readily demonstrate that you are organised, efficient and detail-minded; and
– an ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills.
