My client is a Global Law Firm with state of the art light filled offices in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. They are looking for a Knowledge Administrator to provide a range of precedents and knowledge management support to the firm.
The key objectives of the role are;
- To administer access to precedents and knowledge materials
- Support the development of knowledge materials
- Respond to related queries and issues
- Administer access to various online services
- Prepare reports
- Provide general administration support to the team
- Deliver training and support on Knowledge Management tools when needed to lawyers’ and support staff
To be considered for this role it is essential you have strong IT skills and advanced abilities in Microsoft Word. You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to translate technical language effectively, so it is understood by others. It is also preferred that you have experience in a precedents or knowledge role.
