I am interested in how library services (as opposed to individual librarians/staff) use Twitter. I have put together a short survey which seeks to find out:
* Whether and why libraries create Twitter accounts
* Who they want to follow them compared to who actually follows them
* Who they follow
* What types of messages they send via Twitter and how frequently
* What tools they use to manage their twitter account
* ..and other bits and pieces.
