Suggestions Needed For ?Bibliography of academic writings in the field of Chinese law in western languages?

Knut B. Pissler at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law  writes the following...

Once again the (spring) time has come for compiling data for the annual ?Bibliography of academic writings in the field of

Chinese law in western languages?: I am currently doing research on academic articles/books/monographs/edited works etc.

published in 2011 on Chinese law in western languages. The attached document is a preliminary draft of the bibliography,

which will be published in the second issue of the German ?Journal of Chinese Law? (Zeitschrift fuer Chinesisches Recht,

www.ZChinR.de ) 2012.

Last year many of the Chinalaw-members reminded me again of works that I had overlooked and thereby making the bibliography

more comprehensive. Of course, in this year I will have overlooked once more many works on Chinese law in western languages.

Thus, I would be very grateful for any suggestions regarding works to be included, provided:
- they were published in a print-medium (simultaneous publication online is no problem, of course), and
- they were published last year (2011).

After finishing the bibliography, I will distribute the published version in Chinalaw.

Regarding the citation style in the bibliography, please refer to the attached document.

If you wish, you could also point me to articles already published in 2012: I will include those in the bibliography of

literature to be  published in 2013.

The bibliographies of the last years shall also be available at Don?s blog.

Thanks and kind regards,

Knut B. Pissler
