SharkNinja Inc. and Dyson Inc. settled a pair of patent-infringement lawsuits regarding Dyson’s vacuum cleaner technology.
The parties have reached an agreement, according to two motions filed Dec. 31 asking the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas to pause the cases for 45 days to finalize the deal.
