Registration Begins: 2021 ILA-ASIL Asia-Pacific Research Forum

 

The Chinese (Taiwan) Society of International Law – Chinese (Taiwan) Branch of the International Law Association and the Centre for Commercial Law in Asia of the Singapore Management University School of Law will hold the online 2021 ILA-ASIL Asia-Pacific Research Forum on August 5-6, 2021.

Information to submit a paper:
 

Dear Colleague,

The 2021 ILA-ASIL Asia-Pacific Research Forum will take place on August 5-6, 2021 (Webinar via Zoom). The theme of the Research Forum is “International Law and Post-Pandemic Asia: New Economic Challenges and Opportunities.” The tentative program is attached. Papers: the submission deadline for your paper is Tuesday, July 20, 2021 (4PM Singapore/Taipei time) and will only be shared with speakers and organizers. The paper should be substantive enough to warrant discussions. Please name the file of your paper: First Name Last Name_Title of the Paper and submit it to [email protected].

Presentation: each presenter is given 12-15 minutes to present his or her paper. If you plan to use PowerPoint slides, please send them to [email protected] by Friday, July 30, 2021 (4PM Singapore/Taipei time). We will provide additional details about the Zoom platform. Chairs and panelists are advised to join the session 15 minutes in advance.

Yearbook: We invite you to submit your revised paper to The Chinese (Taiwan) Yearbook of International Law and Affairs for consideration by September 10, 2021. The Yearbook will be a Scopus-indexed publication in 2021. An article, which was presented at the previous Research Forum, is attached for your reference.
