MBABANE: South African Human Rights Lawyer Thembelani Mpakati will defend Swaziland News in the Ebet Gauteng High Court interdict matter.
Mpakati will be joined by Advocates who will strengthen editor Zweli Martin Dlamini’s legal team, Ebet wants the Swaziland News to delete articles alleging that, the gambling company is investigated by the Eswatini Revenue Service (ERS), however the editor refused to delete the articles saying he has “credible information suggesting that the ERS is investigating Ebet for alleged tax evasion”.
