Our client is a globally recognised integrated media and business solutions provider with established presence in the Asia Pacific Region. With aggressive expansion plans in Asia, they seek to appoint a BDM to sell across print, event and online products in the region.

Duties:

You will aim to achieve advertising and sponsorship revenue targets and execute highly profitable business opportunities based on growing demand and client need.
Aggressively seek and develop new commercial opportunities in publishing and events within Greater China for local, regional and international clients.
Maintain client and prospect relationships via networking, face-to-face interaction and negotiation. Proactively manage these relationships to ensure client retention.
Work with internal stake holders to ensure operational effectiveness and optimum support on client proposals
Identify and evaluate market trends. Proactively work to understand product direction, positioning and departmental strategies.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of relevant media sales experience, preferably in the legal or financial markets.
Direct experience selling customised client solutions across print, online and event mediums (ideal)
Fluency in English, additional language skills are highly desirable but not essential.
A degree in a related discipline and strong commercial/international business experience
A results driven, regional B2B sales professional with a solid track record in meeting targets.
