Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
(Singapore – City Hall)
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for checking and supervising the work of the support staff pertaining to receipts, deductions, settlement and payment of stakeholding moneys. You will need to liaise with clients and ensure effective communication with all appropriate parties. You will need to cover the duties of the stakeholding accountant when necessary.
You are required to draft, distribute/circulate, maintain all the stakeholding forms, circulars, instructions, guidebooks, stakeholding web site and other documents to be given to the Law Firms and other parties dealing with the department as well as maintenance of important databases and statistics relating to stakeholding operations. From time to time, you may need to drive projects relating to changes in stakeholding operations or computerised stakeholding systems.
Requirements:
You are expected to be a degree holder with at least 3 years of working experience, preferably with some paralegal experience in handling correspondence relating to conveyancing and setting up or the maintenance of an effective system for conveyancing documents. Diploma holders with relevant years of working experience will be considered. You should have an excellent command of spoken and written English and strong numerical abilities. You should be an organised person with great attention to details and are able to supervise a small team of staff.
