Salary: THB 100,000+ per month plus others benefits
Responsibilities:
Proficiency in Corporate/Commercial Law, Labour Law, etc.
Assist in ensuring that the operation of the company?s business complies with laws and other prevalent regulatory provisions
Draft, review and negotiate all legal agreements
Consult all business units regarding all legal issues/questions
Manage external law firms with regard to all legal matters
Qualifications:
Thai Nationality only
Master?s Degree in Law (preferably from overseas)
At least 8 years of experience in commercial legal in law firm or in-house counsel
Strong analytical, negotiation, problem solving and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English both written and spok
