Investment Banks is a specialised team responsible for policy and regulatory issues relating to investment banks, hedge funds, securitisation and over-the-counter products. The area is heavily involved in shaping ASIC’s response to the Global Financial Crisis and G20.
If you?re a savvy lawyer who has gained a minimum of five years experience in an investment bank, law firm or other financial services role then this is your chance to work in a role where you have the opportunity to:
Provide legal and technical advice on a range of issues leading to the improved regulation of Investment Banks and Financial Markets.
Review and rapidly respond to government, parliamentary and commission based correspondence and other external inquires and reviews.
Assist in technical policy review, strategy identification and implementation of future policy reforms for the regulation of financial services industry,
