I have been asked by a partner school in China to help find international scholars for an upcoming conference. I apologize for the short notice; I just learned about this today.

The Collaborative Innovation Center of Regional Rule-of Law Development in Jiangsu Province is  hosting a conference on Regional Governance and Rule of Law Development on April 22-24, 2016. The Center is seeking participation of international scholars to participate for the conference. Relevant unpublished papers in English are welcome. The conference will cover international economy-class airfare and local accommodation during the conference for those whose proposals are accepted.

The Center is a joint project of Nanjing Normal University, Southeast University, Soochow University, Yangzhou University and the Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Social Sciences. The director is Professor GONG PiXiang, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Congress. The Center has relationships with the Jiangsu legal and governmental entitites.
