Online Business Re-Registration Deadline Extended to 30 June 2016

Notification No. 1187 issued by the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) dated 31 March 2016 extends the deadline for existing enterprises and companies in Cambodia to complete their online commercial re-registration through the MOC’s new online business registration system, as required by Prakas No. 300 on Commercial Re-registration Online, and discussed in our previous Client Alert. The new deadline for online re-registration with the MOC is 30 June 2016.
