Ribbon Cutting!! Yesterday was a wonderful day. The College of Law was honored to have Senator Alan K. Simpson and many members of the Simpson family on hand for the first look at the renovated and expanded University of Wyoming College of Law building. The building includes 20,000 square feet of new construction that will house offices for the law school’s pro bono legal services clinics — fittingly named the Alan K. Simpson Center for Clinical and Experiential Learning.
We are thankful to the many people who helped coordinate and staff the event, including our own impressive UW law students.
We are also grateful to the many friends and supporters who joined us in this celebration of Senator Simpson. (For those who couldn’t make it, we’ll have a building photo tour soon.
