We are expanding our research team and have vacancies for bright, hardworking and tenacious researchers to work across The Legal 500 Series.

Applicants must have an excellent command of spoken and written English and be able to manage time effectively and work to deadlines.

Knowledge of the legal sector is preferable but not essential. Language abilities are also an advantage (including German, Spanish and Portuguese.

As the series is published worldwide, you will also be expected to travel internationally in time as you progress in your role.

Key responsibilities

  • To gather details of law firms’ recent work, through the collection of written submissions and interviews with senior-level lawyers, both on the telephone and face-to-face
  • To obtain opinions on the quality of law firms’ work from their clients
  • To write comprehensive, in-depth analysis of the leading law firms in certain key practice areas

The role is full-time, office-based on Fleet Street, London, so applicants must be eligible to work in the UK. Starting salary is £23,000 per annum. We are currently not seeking any freelancers.
