JOB DETAILS
Our client is a global technology company with sizeable operations in Asia; they seek a regional corporate counsel to take responsibility for Asia North, based in Shenzhen.
Applicants should have in the region of 8 years PQE in corporate & commercial law, including experience of managing M&A deals. Experience in technology, telecoms or manufacturing sectors would be desirable, but not essential.? A significant part of that experience should be China related contracts and transactions.
Regional travel and ad-hoc project participation with the rest of the Asia legal team will be expected. Also opportunities to work on global projects.
Fluency in English and Chinese languages is sought for this role.
