A survey of the UK’s largest law firms has revealed which have the highest proportion of Black, Asian and other minority ethnic lawyers.
Recruitment of Black, Asian and other minority lawyers has helped about a dozen top law firms boost their ethnic diversity in the U.K. to at least 20%, according to research by Law.com International, but only two firms have reached the same benchmark in their partnerships.
