Our client is a Magic Circle Law Firm who has an established and highly regarded presence across major cities in Asia. They are currently looking to hiring for their banking & finance team and are looking for high caliber lawyers to join their team.
You will ideally be Commonwealth (UK, Australia and Singapore) qualified. However, a PRC qualification together with a track record of academic excellence from a Top Tier PRC-based University will be highly advantageous.
You will be expected to have solid transactional experience in project finance and other forms of financing work with at least 3 years of post qualified experience gained from a Top Tier Law Firm. This will give you the chance to deal with a diverse range of clients spanning various sectors across Asia. The firm plans to go through an exciting period of growth in the next few years so a track towards partnership will be available to the best in the team.
You must be fluent in English and Native in Mandarin.
