Duane Morris LLP has been retained by Pharos Group Indonesia, a leading pharmaceutical company in Indonesia established 35 years ago. The company is seeking to establish a manufacturing facility engaging in pharmaceutical, cosmetics and functional food production in Vietnam. Duane Morris will provide a legal due diligence report as well as the finalization and submission of the application dossier to line authorities. Additionally, the firm will assist Pharos Group Indonesia with any other pre-licensing or post-licensing matters as necessary, for example trademark and domain name registration, labour and tax issues. Oliver Massmann, partner in Duane Morris’ Hanoi office, will head the legal team at Duane Morris.
